Business Debit Card

You can experience the ease and convenience of a VISA DEBIT CARD. This card works just like a check; whenever you use it, the amount of your purchase is automatically debited from your checking account. With a Business Debit Card, you cannot obtain cash. Cash Management Services

ACH Origination:

ACH Origination allows for any business customer to create electronic payments and/or deposits.
These types of payments include payroll, utility payments, or vendor payments. Each business is customized within Online Banking to fit their specific ACH needs.

Remote Deposit Capture:

Business customers can enroll in our Remote Deposit Capture service to deposit checks right from their office. Enrolled customers would be provided with a scanner to scan checks and create an electronic check file. This file is then transmitted to the bank for processing and deposited directly into the designated account.

Positive Pay:

Protect your business against altered, forged, or counterfeit checks through our Positive Pay service. This product is available within our online banking and allows a business customer to provide specific check information prior to processing to aid in flagging check exceptions when presented for payment. These exceptions are handled by the business customer to either be Paid or Returned. Contact a business customer representative for more details.

Reorder Checks

When you open a checking account at First Trust and Savings, not only will you receive quality customer service, but you will also have the choice of quality checks from Deluxe.

Deluxe has provided customers the ease and convenience of re-ordering checks on-line at www.deluxe.com. (If your checking account qualifies for free checks, you must contact your bank representative to receive your free orders.)

Deluxe checks are ordered by box number, and each box contains 100 checks. There are many kinds of checks to choose from, with business and computer checks also available. Wallets or duplicates can be ordered along with any wooden cut or symbol, if the customer so chooses. Each order includes a free coordinating vinyl cover. The price of checks includes shipping and handling, and the amount will be debited from your checking account.

Checks will be mailed within 7-10 business days. If you should need some temporary checks, contact any one of our seven locations. When you are re-ordering checks through First Trust and Savings via mail or phone, please provide us with your account number, how many boxes of checks you want, and any change you may have.
